Note: One photo shows that it includes a 15 degree setting (the on I use the most), but the other photo and the Diret Tools description shows two "soap" settings and no indication of a 15 degree setting. Am I missing something?

The description on the site says 0 25 40 so I'd go by that vs the pics

My guess is that there is no 15 degree setting. I bought one of these a couple of years ago and it showed one with and one without the 15 degree jet so this has been an inaccurate description for at least a few years now.

mine has 2 soap and no 15-deg, I'd go with that. do these nozzles get dirty, feel like pressure isn't constant from the year before.

If it has a 1/4 inch quick connect as most pressure washers do.

Bruh. Read product description.
Change your pressure washers spray pattern without having to switch your nozzles. The RYOBI 5-in-1 nozzle offers 5-spray patterns in a single convenient accessory. Just by rotating the nozzle you can choose 0, 25, 40 or long-range soap and short-range soap patterns. The 5-in-1 nozzle works with all gas and electric pressure washers. For quality parts and accessories, look to RYOBI for all of your pressure washing needs.

To have the optimal pressure you need a nozzle with orifice size that matches your model's GPM and PSI. Otherwise it will either drop pressure output, or make it too had for your washer. Basically it's a size of the hole in the nozzle. For those interested, look up "nozzle orifice chart".
I couldn't find information what orifice size this nozzle has, but assuming it will be oversized to fit all pressure washers, which will likely lower your output PSI.
