Good managed 8-port PoE switches that can do VLAN tagging. Mine's been going for almost 3 years without a single hiccup (FWIW, I got mine back in 2023 for $40, but I'd buy again @ $60 if I needed another)

There's an AMEX offer for $25 off $150 a direct purchase from netgear.com. It's not worthwhile for this model (since Amazon's price is much cheaper), but worthwhile for others like the $170 MS308E that does 2.5Gb+VLAN+LAG (currently out of stock but the offer lasts until August).

What is the average low price for PoE switches? I feel like they should be a bit cheaper by now, especially unmanaged.

This is a good price. I got at a higher price last year for my PoE cameras. Do make sure the wattage is sufficient for your devices.
