Was thinking the same. I had a smaller Delonghi but the upgrade to Breville was worth it.

This arte evo has more features such as cold brew with a more newbie friendly geared machine. Has poor heating system is less consistent compared to Breville and just slightly less quality (general complaint of units for being mids)
If money is no issue the Breville Express makes the better espresso, but it's worse in user intuitiveness and is meant for someone who knows what they're doing and what they want.
Anyone having long term plans to drink espresso long term should go for what gives them the best drink for their buck. And other than the added cold drink and ease of use, with the money I would go for Breville since I enjoy learning a new game and mastering it - which is how I see espresso. I am still not sure an AIO unit like this is the ideal choice since you'd never get a premium grinder in one of these which limits your overall espresso potential vastly.
