I'm not sure about exynos 2400 but once i went with 12gb ram i can't go back to 8.
I have the S24 FE and it's a beast. Buttery smooth and long battery life. Picked one of these up to replace my wife's terrible Pixel 7 Pro that has screen delamination and Google's updated firmware broke the camera autofocus.

All phones are buttery smooth when new out of the box and debloated. But gradually they all slow down when storage fills up with apps pics videos.

I can't go back to such low storage. Especially when ootb the os takes up half of it. Ok so I don't know much is usable but I do know my 128gb Note 20Ultra ran out of space frequently enough for me to upgrade, even with a 512mb sd card. I'm holding out on ANY phone upgrades because I'm pissed about being forced into a 1tb phone. Everything needs it's own app now. I will NOT do cloud storage for anything important. It's forced compliance and I won't play their game. I currently have a 512mg Note 20U with a 512mb sd card. I'll nurse it through as long as possible! Even it has used half its storage already.

You are not going to like the next step in cellphones (hope it fails) cellphone as a service. You pay for a cheap piece of glass with minimum hardware then connect to your cloud phone. They will sell it as being able to pick the phone size when you need and the ability to share the glass. For example you are doing a work trip and need a large screen, take the 6.5 inch phone. Going away for weekend and you don't really need your phone grab the 3.5". Wanna watch some movies log on to your phone on your TV. You are already paying a monthly subscribed to the cell service, what's an extra 10 bucks a month and they throw in the 3.5" for free. (They will subsidies the early odopters and raise the price, see Netflix) Netflix used to cost 7.99 a month.
Then go to other buying options. I snagged an open box excellent for $359, but they are higher now. Check all the colors as they are different priced open box.

I used Samsung Galaxys years ago then the wife convinced me to go Apple over the past 5 years. Decided to go back with Android, got the Pixel 9a for $350 from BB and couldn't be happier.
