Beware of cheap outlets... beyond just the fire risk, I noticed my phone screen on/off every 3 seconds at some point, cheap charger.

It is ETL listed, so bought 4 last time they were on sale for the same price. All operational, and no issues charging laptops, phones via outlet or via usb ports.

Yeah, I'm a skeptical about all of this and will say these Chinese companies don't care if they are actually UL or ETL listed. They make bogus claims all the time. Good luck suing them after your house burns down. It's unlikely these will catch on fire and even UL listed power taps or power strips can go bad over time, so there's never any guarantee. I'm just trying to point out that just because an Amazon listing claims ETL certification, doesn't always mean it's true.
