These aren't deep sockets, correct? Would it be better to wait for a sale on a deep socket set?
Deep sockets can do everything normal sockets can, except when they don't fit in a tight space.
Normal sockets can do everything deep sockets can, except when a nut is too far down a stud.
What's best depends on your needs, but you'll probably eventually end up owning both.
I bought Astro tools impact nano sockets (that has all these sizes)
Would it make any sense to buy these in addition to the nano's?
Would have loved if these were deep sockets.
I have both but have reasons to justify the redundancy in my shop.
I am not a fan of Milwaukee their quality has gotten pretty bad since they were sold to China 20+ years ago.
Milwuakee impact sockets happen to be labeled better than others (large font, recessed, painted in white) and in a professional enviroment that is helpful enough justify over cheaper better made products from companies I would prefer to support that actually honor their warranties.
If I was buying a single set for home or roadside use. Astro labeled Taiwanese Nano's would be my choice.
