Note, its not curved if thats a dealbreaker for some

It is IPS and not a VA panel. Better colors and motion, but weaker contrast. VA smearing/ghosting is deal breaker for many.

Budget IPS is better than budget VA for sure. Higher end VA can be great but at this price, IPS is pretty nice.
