60w is the max power it can output in total across all ports. Poe+ is the power any individual port can support. Many switches will advertise that 8 ports can do PoE+ or such but they can't do it at max power levels on all ports at once. If you have 8 cameras that draw 6 watts each, that's 48 watts which would be within limits. But if you have 8 cameras drawing 10 watts, that's outside of the limits. If you have 1 camera doing 30 watts (Poe+) then for the remaining 7 ports they would need to be 30 watts total or less.

No, this is a switch and you'd need a dual WAN router to do what you're asking.
We would need more info such as purchased ISP speed and Wi-Fi requirements in order to recommend a specific model, but in general, alot of the common Asus or TP-Link or whatever other brand support dual-wan.

Not sure what you are trying to do, but this is a switch not a router. You can not have two different ISP's gateway/routers connected which would both have DHCP servers and get a backup/failover setup.

This is a pretty low price for an 8 port POE+ device, but the POE budget is low so be careful. You could run out of power with two ports, and 7.5W per port if split evenly is low. Even most simple security cameras can pull more than that.

Looks like it can only do port-based vlan (and limited at that), not vlan tagging (802.1Q)

The 10Port PoE switch seems great price,

but the 5 Port 2.5G seems okay, (the Unify Flex 5 seems a better choice).

I wish they had the 10Port PoE with 2.5G tho. (this would cost almost $300 from unifi)

Has anyone else had one of these fail? My recent purchase lasted about 4 months and stopped turning on. I only used it with 2 POE Reolink cams and 4 other devices. Ugreen replied a few times suggesting things but stopped replying when I asked to RMA. It wasn't super expensive but I'm a little anxious to try another even though the price is great.
