I bought two of these and one of them has a broken screen and was obviously just a used monitor by looking at the packaging. The other one was packaged like a brand new monitor and still had the plastic wrap on it and all the cables in their original sealed bags. I bought a new one at Best Buy, thinking I'd just return the broken one to eBay (acer), but the new one and the "refurbished" one that actually works appear to have different panels. The color presets look totally different, and the new one has a couple OSD functions that the refurbished doesn't. Yes, they are the exact same model. Buyer beware.
