The devil is in the details. Besides the price, only 5g protein for 90 calories is pretty bad.

I ordered the birthday cake version yesterday. Have to see if they spike my blood sugar before I buy more. They are supposed to arrive today. If they don't spike my blood sugar and these are still on sale I'll order some.

Should be minimal as they use Erythritol, but depends on your sensitivity too.

I've had these (chocolate) in the past - they're "ok" but fairly dry. The birthday cake ones were more moist. Others criticizing them only having 5g of protein are missing the point. These are keto snacks (fat + protein, limit carbs) not something for building muscle or getting protein missing in your diet.

For 8 cookies, they aren't cheap...but much better than 11 bucks. Funny how the serving size was one cookie, then 2 in a pack, now back to one.

The birthday cake cookies arrived and I ate a pack. Didn't seem to affect my blood sugar, so I ordered two boxes of these.

If I want protein I'll eat a steak. I wanted a sweet snack that doesn't jack up my blood sugar.
