Not worth it taking a risk with ordering from HP, these mfers can cancel your orders at anytime. They cancelled almost all Omen orders in January when they had a good deal on their website and blamed it on a promotional error. Didn't stop them from shipping their shitty peripherals that people ordered to lower the total price though. Never ordering from the HP website again after such a horrible experience

Yea I got an HP Omen, keyboard broke within just a few months, it's made super cheap, even tho specs are high.

That happened with 2 coupon codes working together on the products which was not intended. This have a single coupon code and that is simply based on pricing. It is a kinda lame logic for completely avaoiding good deals from a barnd because of a price mistake. Price mistake happens to all brands and if you go by your logic then 90% brands won't be no go for everybody.

I didn't know they shipped the peripherals. I find it hilarious that they canceled the order but still charged and shipped the peripherals. That's very provocative.

A lot of QC issues on this, a friend of mine bought this and the keyboard had a hardware failure within a week, had to wait 60+ days for a replacement to arrive as it was custom built. The price is expensive here as well. Pass on this. Look for Lenovo or Asus.

Lol they specifically said in the email they sent that the farking primary coupon code shouldn't have been applied on the product, where did you get the info that the 2 coupon codes working together was the problem? This is literally what they emailed:

"We're very sorry that coupon code NEWYEAR26 is not eligible. Please note that we're unable to offer any further discounts beyond this."

They shouldn't have made that mistake in the first place so stop making excuses for farking HP of all brands. And did the pricing mistake stop them from shipping their shitty peripherals anyway? No of course it didn't. If you wanna go ahead and order from HP then do it, but the purpose of my comment was to make people aware of their shitty practices. So you being an HP apologist wasn't necessary.

This is true, it took several CS chats and calls before they finally took back the quickly shipped crap peripheral with a prepaid return label and no restocking fee. The restocking fee I had to chat on different occasions to get it to apply. It was a nightmare experience when they have bundle discount codes and bait and switch you by canceling the main product. They ship out the peripheral faster than you get the price mistake cancellation email.

Bceause you used that coupon code along with the 10% Off coupon code, with an accessories, which got applied to the whole cart. How do I know...very simple, people ordered without adding any accessories and simply using NEWYEAR26 and got their devices. Not that hard to comprehend.

You realize that it's not necessary that people used both the coupon codes and HP still didn't care and cancelled all Omen orders anyway?

I thought differently. After going through all the comments of those deals (I posted couple as well), understood the whole thing.
But my question is does it mean, we stop posting deals from HP further, even it is a good deal. I have been posting for a very long time and seen those kind of issue with almost all the brands? I understand it left a foul taste to lot of users here but still, I can't agree with the fact that HP deals should not be posted or avoided at all cost.
