Called the Costco number, and they said I can only do one upgrade. Annoying

Should I call back and try again or just get one now and call back?

That's the same BS they told me, you can try again, but for me calling back did not work. Pretty sure that they document your account on what they told you even if they are not really the conditions of the offer. They told me only a single upgrade per account, and no Costco gift card. Good Luck...
I ended up ordering 2 upgrades through the Tmobile app because they were running me around.

Lame, they must have squashed it today. So you did one with Costco and then two more thru T-Mobile?

just called again and the lady helped me like a charm this time. thx
Ok I ended up calling Costco after all, and was able to easily upgrade the remaining 3 lines (I initially did one on the website). Did not pay activation fee and she mentioned i would be getting the $100 gift card per line within 90 days and the $800 off promotion for each. Had a very nice lady who asked me right away if i was calling for the Google 10 promotion. She mentioned they are getting high number of calls for these... FYI: Looks like phones are already being backlogged.. she mentioned the system is showing now shipments for mid march

I don't get how this is a deal.

You can get Mint and get 500 off pixel 10 pro. Sure, you spend more money but they chage your $180 for a year of service... when you take into the cost of your service and the cost of your phone... I believe it is cheaper then Tmobile.
It's a deal because there are some people on legacy plans.

I used to pay $130 for 10 lines. Now it's $190 for 11 lines (1 free) after the stupid new fee. Both prices after taxes.

I get full unlimited and 60gb hotspot.

Going to a MVNO would be a cost increase.

And my plan isn't even that special. There are some people that stacked up tons of free lines (mine wasn't eligible for them since I technically only had 1 paid line) and pay less.

My add-a-line is $15/line.

I got the text message and played around with the ordering with an iPhone SE2 as trade in. Looks like it is free and without changing plans.

Edit: In case if anyone is wondering. I'm on a legacy One plan.

That's looks like only the taxes and it's indicating both the tax on the phone and on the activation fee.

No way to know if they might try to come back later for the activation fee.

You should be able to see the charges on the Order History in the app.
Sales tax in my area is 9.75%. I paid only $78, which equals 9.75% of $800. Monthly payments are $33.34, adding up to $800 in total. So, it seems I am not being charged an activation fee for some reason.

What's the Costco number you call? You did everything over the phone? Or in-store is easier?

"Call 833-428-1765 to purchase, activate or upgrade your phone using exclusive Costco member savings."

Good luck you're going to need it. In my case it was just an aggravating runaround that is becoming more the norm when dealing with T-Mobile.

833-428-1765 https://www.costco.com/t-mobile-b...wcase.html

Used to always go in store - but have done upgrades over the phone for the past year...This dedicated Costco Tmobile line seems to have the exact same access, promotions, waivers, and giftcards as going in store - saves a trip.. and I've never had any issues (so far)
