Basically you get $800 from this deal. If you buy a Pixel, it comes out "free" after 24 months EIP. If you buy Pixel 10 Pro, then you'll be paying the difference (i.e., $200) over 24 months.
Okay. thanks,

Can I get the Pixel 10 and then put back a different phone on that line, lets say after few months? Would I loose the EIP credits?

just called costco t-mobile, but told they can't do the targeted promotion.. It has to be done through T-mobile directly. Is it true? BTW, I am the targeted customer.

That's a good question, pretty sure it's just Tmobile being the "Un-Un-Carrier" that the company has become. Tmobile could have just limited the promo to online sales channels, like they have done on other past offers.

Probably just a way of not paying commissions to Costco, and/or the Tmobile employees that work the Costco kiosks, and phone channel.

The EIP credits / payments have nothing to do with the actual phone on an actual line.

You can keep your current phone on that line and not even take the new phone out of the box.

Your EIP credit / payment will continue as scheduled.

Check their website. I am on ONE plan and saw the $800 off. I did not see it in TLife App. Was able to order the Pixel 10 for "free" with the confirmation on checkout page of the promotion applied (took screenshots just in case). Just had to pay $35 activation fee and $60 something in taxes. Did not go through Costco as I usually would have done since many are saying they are giving a hard time, and at least here I have the screenshots with the promotion applied.

Assuming you're eligible, Costco T-Mobile does work. I just ordered 2 from them. I didn't mention the promotion and just that I wanted to upgrade to Pixel 10. Rep said I would get $0 for my trade in and I said ok. Then he said there will be a promotional credit totaling $799 over 24 months. So the promo does show up when they're processing the order. No $35 fee and he said I will get $100 costco shop card for each upgrade.

Just called Costco T-Mobile, the lady I got was really nice and said I'm eligible for the $800 trade in credit and no activation fee, the process was very smooth, and also confirmed $100 costco shop card. I planned to trade in 4 devices, but only did 3 due to me trying to trade in an old galaxy tab (she said only phones are allowed) that's all on me 😅. So smooth trade in for 3 lines/devices and no activation fee and hopefully 3x $100 costco shop card in 90days. Will call in again to get the 4th line (just found an old pixel 2!)

yeah, in the t-life app i only see $500 off, but when I log in online through desktop, it shows the $800 credit for trade-in. I had no issue with costco t-mobile just now and I was surprised since it was my first call/attempt. Maybe it's my lucky friday the 13th 😁

What's the suggested path of action for IMEIs that are not recognized by the system. I have a Samsung Galaxy A12 that was through one of the old employers (not on T-Mobile network), and neither of the IMEIs are detected. I can add it "manually", but not sure if the rest of the process is the same as the ones that were detected. Thanks!
I took both of my phones to retail store. Manager typed in IMEI by hand and has the ability to override the system or something. Receipt said 0 for trade in, but he said it always shows like that, so we shall see!

Thanks for the info... I'm looking for an iPhone 5C (I know it's somewhere in the house). If I find that, I'll just keep the A12 for a future trade-in, if not I'll just try it in-store as you described.

FWIW, after dropping off the phone for trade in, received text message saying bill credits has ended because promo ended/eligibility status changed. Called T-life and 1st rep said because of device condition. To which I said promo said any condition... So then he said to ignore it.. Called again and 2nd rep pretty much said he does show the promo still active, so if anything to call them back and they will apply it... I guess we will see.
EDIT: It could be, hypothetically, because the manager cancelled initial trade in to re-enter numbers, but I guess there's no way to check it on the account until 1-2 billing cycles...
EDIT2: Just received another sms saying bill credits will apply... time will tell.
