At the store, they changed the whole process. Everything is done via T-Life app.
You literally buy the phone IN THE STORE through your own T-Life app. During the process, I had to select the store I was sitting in, right next to the rep. Once I completed entering the crappy old LG flip phone IMEIs, I paid for everything using Apple Pay and showed the rep the receipt. The rep had to wait a few minute and they went to grab the phones.
Then, right after I got the phones, they also processed my trade ins and I asked for printed receipt showing that they got the phones.
That was it! Hope this helps.
