Yes you can as long as you haven't maxed out the amount of EIPs I believe it is 4 per account depending on how many lines you have on older plans. I have that same Moto edge 24 on a EIP and on that same line now has this pixel 10 on it.
Just make note The Pixel 10s are ESIM only phones, so your physical sim will become inactive.

Haven't done a trade in with t-mobile in a long time so any help is appreciated. Received the email. Have 55+ one with two lines. Have a $20 per month credit for another 5 or 6 months. As per the terms above it says you need 3 lines for over 5 years but I only have 2 lines. Don't want to lose my $20 per month credit either. If I do this, and don't want to use the pixel for one of my lines, if I put it on one of my lines for a short amount of time it will unlock after 24 months? Thanks again

Same here. It reads to me that we would have to change plans right? I did a dry buy all the way to check out payment and everything checked out that it was just a device upgrade not a plan change. As you said you still have the sprint plan so you're "tenure" well over the 5years right? I think this is where the system allows us to go through the process. Where the device brand is there's 3 bold options select the loyalty any device any condition option and continue the prompts. You will receive the full amount.

We'll see in 2 months if plans do stay the same. I have screenshots and voice recordings where I was told plan was going to stay the same and it's just a device upgrade.

As a business, the chatter is that the numbers for the 4th quarter last year were missed and this is a way to keep customers for the next 2 years.
And again as a business they can increase prices by $5 to those with $25 plans and keep them on the šŸŖ for said 24 months.

Can people come back here a month later to report? The TOS clearly says you will be part of better value plan if you had 5+ years tenure under post paid plan. No where in TOS does it mention that your plan won't change.

That literally means it is NOT accompanied or attached to the better value plans. BETTER VALUE PLANS TOS STOPS BEFORE THAT DOT. Nowhere in that does it say they will switch your plan. if they start switching people's plans, without clearly labeling it in the TOs you'd see a mass Exodus of customers.

Has anyone had their plans changed under a similar deal? Have Magneta plan with three lines and mine qualifies under tlife app. Only pay $90 for three lines and would hate to get switched just to get two phones, as one of the phones in our plan is an iphone user.

Did you actually read it? That line is listed under better value... Meaning 5+ years are required to be moved over to better value.... It is all listed in TOS under Better Value plan...

Agreed, I've looked on the app, e-mail, desktop browser...It doesn't work for my Select Choice either. Even after the $5 per line increase last year, we're still "only" paying $98 for four unlimited lines. It doesn't make sense to change plans for this, not even close.

From what I have read here, you should be good to go. As long as it is correctly processed in the app, you're fine.
