Just called the costco hotline, worked with a very nice lady who confirmed she was able to see and apply the promotion for me. DCC fee waved, $100 costco card after 16 weeks. Great deal!

have 3 Huawei Nexus 6Ps which it's not accepting Frown
have a bunch of old IMEIs on a spreadsheet which it's not accepting too: OnePlus 3T, OnePlus 5, Nexus 5X, 2013 Nexus 7 LTE (lol), the list goes on

They accepted on my original OnePlus One, they are gonna accept those. It was able to submit through T-Life app. I have heard if you call into customer support they can normally accept phones that your yourself cannot submit through the app.

You can change the trade in phone, I think you will have to reach out to 611, and tell them( the imei you gave them was a hex id, you have the correct imei, could you help me update it) meanwhile just go on OfferUp, look for blackberry or alcatel phone, they are usually $10-15, and give the rep the imei from one of the cheapie phone you buy from offer up, or if you have different phone laying around you can use that to trade in

If we did this through the T-Mobile/Costco phone sales number, do we not need to submit for the rebate here anymore? https://promotions.t-mobile.com/costco
The rep said that since I gave her my Costco membership number, that's all I needed to get the rebate, but I don't think that's always how it worked before.

1 hour and 21 minutes...on the phone with Costco, but dude was cool, his system was just slow as all get out. He did say the rebate is 90 days plus potentially 2 weeks. If y'all don't get the rebate/$100 GC in that time...call rebate care at 877-311-8853. That number comes up as T-Mobile's rebate care, so I'm not sure if/how that works, but it'd be a starting point.
