For iPhones, just FYI that it has to be Find My disabled in iCloud and show up as that in IMEI checkers to be eligible for trade-in. Had a long chat with the T-Mobile rep and good that he checked the requirements for the trade in. Any condition is still fine.

If I want to go the Costco route, does the name on the Costco ID need to match the Tmobile primary account holder?

For instance, Costco membership only includes my spouse who is a 2nd line on my Tmobile account, but I am the account holder.

I wonder if my spouse could call Costco and they could make the upgrades on both of our phones?

Costco T-Mobile really changed up since last week for me. Went from getting denied to doing 4 of them easy peasy today!

He didn't know how the Costco gift cards come, anyone know how those are handled?
