I've tried an Experience store before and they turned me away. They told me to ship it via UPS instead. I did successfully traded in at a normal Corporate store 15 min away. YMMV

Not a different for me. I just turned in my 2 trade-in at regular store this morning. Even the TLife app said so. Any T-Mobile store will do.

I called 611 and did an upgrade to an existing line trading in a cracked screen iPhone 13 Pro Max. For some reason they said I would get $85 credit on the trade in, then $29.79 (less 29.79) for 24 months. Seems like others are getting $33.34 on their bills. Not sure why mine is different? Probably the broken iPhone?

I have both. I like the Galaxy better. All the Pixels I have, always a problem with 3 buttons at the bottom of the phone. Not responsive or freeze sometimes. If you have a used phone around, trade that in for experience or else I wouldn't trade in the Galaxy for Pixel. Just my 2¢.

It's because your modern broken phone is worth more than our jurassic broken phones so you get the credit upfront, whereas we get 0 upfront and $33.xx for 24 months.

You got the same credit of 33.34. In your case you get $85 credit upfront.

If you are a long-term customer of T-Mobile, you can contact the agent in the app. They waived my $70 connection fee and converted it into a bill credit for me. Thank you for the information provided by other comments. thanks T-Mobile Agent

There hasn't been 3 buttons layout for a while now. That being said all my pixels have been great. Ymmv I guess
