At the store, somehow they revised the LG phone model to a Samsung S10 Plus, with a trade-in value of $50. They accepted the Revvl and and LG and they applied the $50 credit to my account. I would expect receiving texts with an update to the promo enrolment, where I would be un-enrolled and the re-enrolled. I would expect also the monthly credit to be reduced to offset the $50 instant credit.
Hopefully it get resolved in the system without having to contact T-Force. Worst case scenario is returning the phone to Costco within 90 days.
Did you end up receiving a second text re-enrolling you in the promo? I am in the same scenario, and I received the first text an hour after phone was dropped at store.
Edit: New promo was added about 3 hours after trading in the phone. Monthly credit is adjusted to account for the $50 instant credit that was applied. Account activity shows the new update as well as the list of promotions. No text though which does not matter.

Thanks. I am checking the account as well. I see that promo was cancelled on that line due to the traded-in device being reported as different. Hopefully it gets added soon.
