Thanks. I guess your IMEI of the trade-in didn't match what was submitted originally? I traded in mine yesterday...no emails and no texts. But the promo is still there. Thx
Does the promo show up before you turn in the trade phone? I ordered from Costco yesterday and they said i was eligible for the phone on me but I don't see the promo under my account.

Yes. It showed up on my account a few hours after I ordered or the following day.

Ordered via T-Life without thinking about calling into the Costco line. The phone has shipped, any way to retro get the activation fee waiver / shop card?

Related but slightly different topic - is anyone purchasing any type of protection plan for their new phones? What are opinions and/or experience on Pixel care+, Tmoble P360, Sams Club Allstate plan, etc? Costco doesn't seem to have a cell phone protection plan (if they ever had one). Is it worth it? TIA

Anyone know if we still have to submit the rebate for the $100 GC if we upgrade via Costco?

I guessing this ended yesterday. I went into the store to do it and they didn't have any in stock and now I don't see the promotion.

Ugh...I was just about to sign up today too. Tough luck. Hopefully they'll have another deal like this in the future.

That's a great page!. Looks like it will update as offers expire during 2026.

If you change the URL to 2025, you can see past deals that expired in 2025. A quick look and it's easy to see how rare the deal in this thread was.

I'm hoping that there will be another soon as well... my guess is that since T-mo posted not-so-great numbers of people leaving (upsets shareholders), they'll have more of these to "lock in" customers for 2 years.

At least was able to do 2 lines before it was gone...great deal, could be one of the last of its kind for those on old plans.

How are you going to get the IMEI if the phone doesn't turn on? Not all phones have the IMEI on the outside.

If they can't verify the IMEI, you don't get the credit.
I found out on my broken Pixel One that the IMEI is on the SIM card tray

I kinda regret not going for the 10 Pro XL with 256 GB over the 10 Pro with 128 GB for just $200 more. Why, oh why, does T-Mobile only have the 10 Pro in 128 GB? I suspect this was 100% a customer retention deal, and the 128 GB made for a good, economical retention deal on T-Mobile's side.Folks, think carefully about which version to get. Yes, I'm okay with 128 GB right now, but I fear it may become quite limiting over 1, 2, or 3+ years.
Can you trade in a recent phone like the S25 FE and get the 10 Pro for free or does the phone not matter and you still need to pay $200? I know the promo is over. Just curious.
