Many people have said HomeDepot has recently started lifetime banning people for hacking combo packs like we all used to do. These are also the non-brushless versions of the tools which aren't as good for 2 reasons:

Not brushless so these use more battery power per minute and aren't as powerful.
The latches/adjustments aren't as well designed. For instance the jigsaw angle adjustment is terrible on this version because you have to use a set screw under the foot, whereas the brushless HP version as a knob on the back so you can adjust it while it is lined up with the work you want to cut. It takes at least 2 tries to get the angle right with this one, where I have to pick up the tool, set the angle with the screw, put it back down to check the blade angle, then pick it back up to fine tune the angle again and repeat until I get it just right. The HP brushess version can just be adjusted from the back without having to move the saw away from the work so you can fine tune the angle right up against the work much faster. The router also has a latch that isn't as easy or secure as the HP brushless version has so this one sometimes slips and your router bit depth starts drifting as you're cutting which will ruin your project and be a safety hazard if it starts drifting down and cutting too deep and you're on a metal table and your bit explodes when it hits metal.

When I bought this like 3 years ago, it was all in a single very tightly packed box.
