Get the DJI Action 5 camera instead. It's quite a bit better camera than the GoPro13.
It doesn't overheat, and you can record for hours with it while it's sitting still. It has WAY better low light performance. It has better accessories, like the DJI mini mic equipment. It works better as a static webcam (again doesn't overheat and has a more typical closer zoom/FOV option), and it has a MUCH faster recharge battery speed. They are so different after owning both a DJI and GoPro, that they don't even seem to be the same tier. DJI is much better.

Agreed! Right now the Action 5 Pro is $289 which is a great price for it. And if you don't need native wireless mic hookup, you can get their shadow brand Xtra Edge Pro for less when it's on sale. It's essentially the same as an Action 5 Pro but doesn't have the wireless mic connection (yet) and doesn't need you to register it on the app before using. It can still do wireless mics, but they need their receivers to be plugged into the Xtra Edge Pro. Currently the Xtra isn't on sale so you might as well get the DJI Action 5 Pro if you need an action cam now.

eBay sellers love labeling "Used - Good/Fair" as "Refurbished" to bank of the expectation Apple and others have set with their refurb products. Anyone seller has this bundle for $250 as "Open Box."

Looks like XTRA/DJI just updated the Xtra Edge Pro's firmware to do wireless mics w/ no receiver! If it ever goes on sale for less than the Osmo Action 5, get the Xtra Edge Pro as it's exactly the same now!

Action 5 Pro has an AI chip the Xtra lacks.
On paper the Action 5 (and 6) outperforms the GoPro 13. GoPro final product in some
scenarios is superior in other scenarios the Dji Action cameras are superior. It depends on your use case.
