It doesn't overheat, and you can record for hours with it while it's sitting still. It has WAY better low light performance. It has better accessories, like the DJI mini mic equipment. It works better as a static webcam (again doesn't overheat and has a more typical closer zoom/FOV option), and it has a MUCH faster recharge battery speed. They are so different after owning both a DJI and GoPro, that they don't even seem to be the same tier. DJI is much better.
