The description says 1200 lumens for up to 3 minutes. It also says there are 5 brightness levels, maxing out at 220 lumens.

I have a Glocusent book reading light and it is pretty good. I know it is anecdotal, but the brand seems to make decent stuff

Based on general flashlight knowledge it's probably a limited boost mode by holding the power button or something. Not a regular brightness level.

Edit: Yep, its a special extreme mode.
