I also prefer how the climateline hose exits at 90 degrees and swivels on the 10 as opposed to straight out the back on the 11.

glad my insurance covered it, i just have to wear it for so many months @4 hrs a night. sleep study coverd my deductable almost instantly lol.
I'd urge those who think it would help them to give it a shot. I can really tell the difference between if I use the machine or if I fall asleep without it.
In a lot of these threads I see people mentiong that they got rid of their old CPAP. I understand that people's situations vary and it might be better to sell it or give it to someone in need rather than to hold on to it, but if you situation allows, I HIGHLY recommend you keep your old one.
Here's why:
1. CPAPs, like all mechanical devices, and will fail. While there are typically reliable and warranty service can be fast, especially while working with a good DME provider, these kinds of things always seem to fail at the worst time.
2. For those who don't travel enough to justify a dedicated travel machine, it makes a convenient travel unit, especially if you get the side plate/end cap to reduce the size.
3. For those who live in areas prone to evacuations due to wildfires, hurricanes, etc., having the old machine packed up and ready to grab can really help. That kind of situation is bad enough without bad sleep and your family complaining about the snoring.
Thus, I recommend that you pack up your old machine in the case with some supplies (it seems I always end up being shipping a new hose and reservior just before the new CPAP arrives), and keep it if you can.
I know there are people here who will insist that it is not substantially smaller than one of the full-size machines with the humidifier replacing cap, but it is much less bulky. I can fit AirMini, all parts, a battery, etc in a bag the size of a shaving kit bag and it fits perfectly in my carryon taking up about 20% of the space or in the bottom of my backpack. Even the smallest form of the AirSense 10 or 11 would take up at least twice as much space.
I used to take my full-size machine as a separate bag, which was fine and the airlines will allow it to be put n an overhead bin as medical equipment, but it's just a pain in the ass to carry a third bag. That said, I will often take a full size one if I will be sharing a room because it is noticeably quieter.
Most gate agents and flight attendants will recognize the factory CPAP carrying cases at this point, but I've found a tag like this eliminates any questions, especially when flying abroad: https://a.co/d/03EHAG3y

Not as good as the Q4 deals but close enough.
