The battery gave out on one ear bud on mine, it seems to be a common issue with these. Haven't bothered replacing it.

I hear a lot of complaints about these but they've been nothing but great for me in the past. Had them for about 3 years using them 3-5 times a week during my runs and lifts and they've held up great. I even prefer their sound to the newer versions although I like that the newer ones have noise cancellation.

Any issues I've had with these was fixed through a simple reset by plugging them in to a charger and holding the button for 30 seconds. I even forgot them in the washing machine once and they just kept on running lol.

Only thing I changed was buying memory foam ear tips which improved sound and comfort but that's a personal preference thing. If you struggle with earbuds falling out of your ears during workouts you won't find better ones at this price imo.
