so here's when it got worse, I tied to contact Giftory and they disabled their support chat and phone number! The phone says to send an email only and expect a response in 5-7 BUSINESS days. I never heard anything for weeks and it said if you submit a second request you get put at the end of the queue. Anyways I did a Better Business Complaint and the next day they responded and said that the voucher shows as valid now and to try again. They tried to blame the user for adding an extra space at the end of the code. Sure Goftory, sure…… This is 3 weeks after they originally tried. I don't know if the person tried to redeem the food item so what do I do? Just try and use the certs again? While I'm in line with the food, and if it doesn't work then I am paying $13 for a snack I really didn't want? They got real sketchy real fast. I'm never buying from Giftory again. Shady as can be. First 4 times were great until it wasn't.

Call Giftory and they will reissue the vouchers.
