There are legit ones that are used by kpop idols in korea. Questionable if these will work the same or give you skin cancer

yes there is, but not when you buy most of the junk brands . I haven't researched the masks , but I have a quality red light panel we use almost daily, but it was $1,000 , they are a bit cheaper than they used to be with popularity, but this isn't strong enough to really do anything
