But, SVS does have free return shipping and excellent customer service, both built into their price structure.
And any SVS sub even at regular price is still worlds better than overpriced REL that Best Buy loves to push.
They answered everything and wished me best of luck on my shopping journey

TBH IF all are properly implemented, there are no inferior ones, they are all good.
Thee biggest issues is what one considers quality "punch" and how you define it.
The biggest issue is people conflating "paper" definition with actual "listening" definition.
Imo it's thee biggest confirmation bias there is with all this.
The other is proper implementation, it's crucial for optimal performance.
Too often people don't do this or optimally ime.
SVS does cost more but they are also at the top end of that performance list, that comes at a cost.
The unique beauty of sound, that list is not universal, it's completely personal.
When you bring in the cost of it, it makes exponentially more complicated/personal imo.
Their best deals go extremely fast(minutes if not seconds)!
You can also frequently check, they add to inventory throughout sale.
If you have no brand preference and budget conscious.
You can take look at RSL 12s, for $135 more.
Just make sure footprint will work, it's a bit bigger than the sb1000.
Keep in mind return window is 30 days & returning it will cost you $150.
