You'll still need to spend enough to reach the minimum required for free shipping, though.
It states that this is a frequently returned item. I'm just passing that along.
Completely disagree with the other comment about this being shaky. I am using this specifically as a kiosk style setup with a 11" tablet. I have been tapping on this thing full force often and am actually extremely impressed with how stable it is. Maybe theirs shipped loose? It comes with an alan wrench to tighten the connections, though I did not need to use it - mine is fine as is.

The one listed by OP seems to be a better design from a geometry standpoint as it has the telescoping arm anchor point to the rear of the base better transferring the weight to the base in a forward set position.
The other one linked in one of the comments that has the telescoping arm to the center of the base will likely cause the center of gravity to move closer to the front edge of the base (possibly even further) in a forward set position unless the base is very heavily weighted!
As for the wobble, I hope all the hinges, telescoping mechanisms are tension loaded and dampened otherwise I can see how small vibrations/shakes can easily pass through to the tablet. For ex. when using the stand on a drop down tray in planes/buses/cars, certain vibration frequencies/bumps can easily resonate through the stand to the tablet causing vibrations/shakes.
