you can go up 1 inch on most SUV types - like from 29" to 30" (50mm to 55mm) - without mods, and without issues.

I'm running 2in bigger in diameter on a sedan already. I'm looking to add half an inch or 3/4 before I start hitting the well. Need 255/40 or 45 tops on 19

Walmart will only install the size tire listed on door sticker. Great deal though.
Edit: I see you can have a different size shipped and have someone else install.

5mm is nowhere near 1 inch.

I have these for about 20k miles. Just a tad worse than my old generals but I think it's mostly because they have a much softer sidewall. They feel bouncier. Not as quiet either but for the price/performance it was a good buy.

Good deal, but if you're expecting UHP (ultra high performance) prepare to be let down.
They're much worse than Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4's in wet and dry. I have plenty of tread on my 17" 235 45 Eagle Exhilarates and I struggle for traction on wet inclines. Never had an issue with the AS4's. The AS4's definitely were louder at highway speeds for what it's worth.
If you need new tires and don't care about the best UHP all seasons, go for it. I bought them purely out of a budget decision. But if you really want performance, spend the extra on Michelin Pilot Sports.. you get what you pay for.

Almost half off. Will fit Audi, BMW,etc. 45k mile warranty. I used it to replace 255/50r19 tires on a X5 F15

Other sizes of this model also on sale.

That's crazy. Actually have my size 295/35ZR21 and it's $163. EEK!

Had a bad experience with goodyear not honoring their warranty, never going back.
