If you increase the quantity, the coupon only applies to one item. That said, the coupon also appeared on other sizes and formulations. I was able to grab the 30 lb bag with the 30% coupon as well. It's not as good of a per‑lb price, but still a solid deal.
After placing both orders, the coupon was still showing on the product the OP originally posted, which further suggests the limit is per unique type and size. Not sure what the overall use limit is.
