edit: sold and shipped by the company, which surprised me...maybe liquidating inventory as a part of wind down? I'm not sure.

In January 2025, newly formed MavorCo Holdings LLC acquired BlendJet's intellectual property, trademarks, inventory, and customer lists following the company's collapse after a massive 2023 product recall. MavorCo continued selling products under the BlendJet brand, while BlendJet itself ceased to function as an independent operating business.
