I think that comment means the various brands don't always stack with other brands. I'm sure within each brand, all the identical containers stack.

Don't these go on sale for 5 or 6 bucks individually?

How do these compare in quality/durability with the ones from Costco or Sam's?

I believe they are all pretty similar in quality. Just be aware they don't all stack with each other.

Can you please clarify? The reviews say that they stack. Thanks

I can't speak for these but other sterilite clear totes and smaller containers were much less durable than Rubbermaid and tended to crack easily. The plastic seemed to be stiffer and not as flexible as the Rubbermaid.

Looks like a solid deal for this size, all I could find on Slickdeals history was over $9 each for the cheapest ones. Costco has a similar set of 8 for $79 but with red lids, maybe during Black Friday

Going back, Walmart runs this same sale in the past at 6 for 48$.

I see "Rural King" running sales for 6$ for a red 27-gal container, but they don't have free shipping. They're 7$ right now. The closest is 80 miles to me, so I'd spend that in fuel going back and forth vs the savings

HD has had their for 7, but it had a shipping charge.

I'm strongly considering these for a planned move to medium-time storage for many things. I'd need quite a bit more than 6 (like 20+), so I might eventually do that 80-mile drive if RK puts them on sale for 6$ again soon.

These are cheaper at Menards and you don't have to buy 6 to get the better price either.
