Ok your account number is just your GV phone number and your pin is your "call to listen" pin that you set up in the settings of GV. You first have to pay $3 to unlock the GV number.

Porting and failed attempts to order the phone. FYI if you go through the last step and Metro reserved the number you are porting in. But you failed, their payment screen and your order did not go through. Be advised that that number(s) that you attempted to port (no atter how many different phone numbers) are locked in Metro Port Reservation. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THAT NUMBER to process new order using that same # until you call Metro and ask to be transferred over to the porting department and ask them to delete the port. You will also not be able to port it anywhere else until they delete the port reservation. So, all you folks that tried to process a zillion orders after your initial order failed it will never work (even if you fix why your payment didn't go through) until YOU CALL METRO to fix your PORT. With all that said the port dept will want to verify you and the easiest way is for them to send you a SMS to your metro phone so your you don't have a Metro phone working well welcome to the struggle bus have a seat and relax your gong to be on the phone with Metro for some time. Please know this address multiple attempts at porting the same phone number not all the other reasons orders fail on the payment screen. All I can say on that one is , Don't use VPN, don't use discover, don't use a virtual number, wait 48 not 24 hours for your last order attempt to clear out of their system and if you are a religious person…pray

The short version, you must call Metro to make sure any/all the number(s) you are porting over that previously succeed Port Reservation but failed Payment are not locked now to metro reservation once locked to metro they will not work with a new order or another wireless company. This deal is killing me softly, now I remember why I avoided Metro for so long

Use a VPN
Different credit card #
Add a fake apartment # to your address (if you live in a house)

This has worked for me in the past.

Thanks, I remembered that after a bit. It's been more than a year since my last metro deal, and while I knew I needed the phone to get into the account (kind of), I also forgot while trying to login.

I think this is the end of the road for me and metro. After doing this deal for probably 5+ years, I've tried multiple numbers, credit cards, names, and addresses, used different browsers and a VPN and still can't get the order to go through. On to Cricket I suppose!

How can I get the S25 FE for $99 as a second line?

I already purchased and activated the iPhone 13, and when I try to add another line with the S25 FE, it only offers me the $30 plan and $200 off the regular price instead of the $99 deal.

I think S25FE doesn't work with Google voice.

I was only able to get 3 total under one original order (activating, then adding plan for another twice). I thought the limit was 4, but every time I checked out, it wouldn't give me the discounted phone anymore - while only providing me a $10/month plan. Then I started over with a new plan ($55) for one more. Will try to trade them all in with Apple for gift cards and see if I can get a newer iPhone down the line.

Anyone successfully add a third line and a third free iPhone 13? Porting seems to work, but last step, always an error. Called, and rep tried and same issue. Confirmed with port department that all porting info good to go. Not previously on metro and first time ordering. Third line just not going through. Any feedback from anyone?

try to change the plan to $60/$65. that's the only plan with the $99 phone discount.
