Excellent battery booster. I used it over a month ago when the temperature plummeted to -33. worked with no issue.
Only thing it doesn't come in a hard case.

Would this work well with a RAV4 Hybrid for jump starting? I'm assuming hybrids don't need as much amps as non-EVs

For the traditional 12-volt auxiliary battery yes. I used this charger on on a Sienna '08 V6.

Specwise this seems like a better deal than already FP deal for similar product:

Should be fine to use. One thing to note with being a Toyota Hybrid, you should look up how to jumpstart start your vehicle. Usually it's like a special terminal in the fuse or electrical box and a designated tab on the block.

Not really because that one is weaker with 25% lower amp rating. Either will probably work for most cars when it is fully charged, however you want the highest amp rating possible because when you're stuck and really need a jump you don't want a weaker jump pack that can't quite crank over your motor when it is only 1/2 charged. You want one that will actualy start your car at 1/2 charge or even 1/4 charge. Spend a little more and you'll save yourself from a really annoying situation like that in the future. I've had an inexpensive (seemingly great deal) jump pack which I got for $30 that wasn't very powerful but could start my V6 when the pack was fully charged. Unfortunately if it was below 70% charge state it wouldn't start my car and after fully charging it and letting it sit in my car for a year it slowly lost charge and when I really needed it it was at 60% battery life and it wouldn't quite start my car which was really annoying. Sure I could top it off more often, like every month, but you shouldn't have to, and I wouldn't have had to if I just bought a more powerful one that could still start my car at any charge state instead of only when it was above 70%. I would have rather paid $150 more to get a better jump pack because the tow cost me $100 and my time I wasted waiting for the towtruck was at least $50 worth.
