Chase Sapphire Preferred/Reserve card holders can simply call the customer service and complain about their abysmal exclusive 2026 FIFA ticket sale on 02/10, and get 5000 UR points. It does not matter if you have even attempted to purchase the ticket on 02/10, as virtually no one could get in their portal.

I just called and received 5000 UR. No questions asked.

Chase has a special link to buy tickets. But everyone gets kicked out the queue without being able to make any purchase. If you have the cards, just make the call and say you were not able to buy fifa tickets on 02/10. When I made the call, I was not even able to finish my question and the rep just offered 5000 points. This seems like a company wide thing.

Yes. You just need to mention you were not able to purchase FIFA tickets through chase link on 02/10, and the rep will offer 5000 points right after.

I was able to get the 5k points but took around 15 minutes waiting on hold to get to a rep but she didn't offer the points until I specifically asked about any sort of compensation for the trouble. Then she wanted me to describe exactly what website I tried to use, details of how it acted, etc. So looks like you can get the points but YMMV based on which rep answers the call.

I did not get it from doc. I am in a group of fifa ticket buyers and they shared it with me. Almost everyone in the group with eligible chase cards got the points. I don't know if chase tighten the requirement later.

Thanks. Got the points. May be only for certain cards, definitely the sapphire cards. Just say that you were frustrated by being kicked out over and over when they went on sale on the 10th and now the tickets are gone. Immediately offered me the 5,000 points. Took 5 minutes.
