If you're looking for a spot cleaner but want something more portable, consider spending twice the amount for the Ryobi ONE+ 18V Cordless.

I know it's not on sale, but I just bought mine because my cat is older and she barfs all the time. So having a cordless option that I can just pull out of the closet and clean the carpet or furniture she barfs on has helped me immensely.

I think it's worth the cost esp if you already own Ryobi 18V cordless tools.

But if you're on a budget, the max is a good option too.

I just personally hate cords, that's what influenced my choice.
