I just bought one of these in person a few days ago. I needed the cheapest 'acceptable' laptop on short notice for our traveling technical team, and after reviewing everything they had in stock this laptop was definitely the winner at the then sale price of $700.

I like it for the price. Construction feels solid with the metal casing, though I'm always skeptical about 2-in-1 hinges. Also, partly due to the metal casing, it feels a bit heavy for a 14".

Personally, I'd prefer 32 GB RAM for future proofing if I was buying this as a generalist laptop, but I don't think you'd find that at this price range.

Overall I'm satisfied for the price range.
