Crazy Horse leather is a variant of full grain so yes, it's the better choice over their synthetic/vegan if you prefer a natural leather. Crazy Horse is typically noted for looking more distressed and developing a more variable patina vs. other shoe leathers because the primary treatment is just oiling or waxing. In other words, CH is likely to look "worn" faster , though the integrity is still quite good because it is a full grain leather. You CAN strip the wax and polish them like any full grain leather but IME they will still tend to look more matte than other full grain shoe leathers in most cases.
