It's an ok retail price for convenient bundle. Little research & I was able to find individually at same price point ($49 for individual big battery & same for little battery & charger together)

Yes, HP for $10/ah. The regular ones have been $5/ah.

I had so many chargers from past deals I sold them off individually, the same for many other people. 12ah @$129 is way better than 10ah @$149. Even if you need a charger, just buy one for $20 and you're still ahead 2ah.
