How are these!
I have a bip 6. Battery lasts way longer than wife's fitbit charge 6 and it does so much more as well. It is bigger of course but I don't mind.

Does it come with a charging cable?
Yes. Battery lasts for minimum 15 days. I bought it for same price at Woot two months ago and it is really good. You can pair it with Android and iPhone which is plus.

I have a Bip 6. The smartwatch features, exercise and GPS are really great, especially considering the price. I can even answer phone calls and talk and hear directly from the watch, like when you are driving and your phone is in your pocket. The big negative is the sleep tracking is not great. It just can't figure out that many people get up in the middle of night to pee, maybe two or three times. No matter what, when I get up two or three hours after going to bed and sleeping, it freaks out, totally throws out any sleep tracking I know it was doing, and decides this was your real bedtime. All the sleep information from my real bedtime is just gone. Very frustrating. My Garmin watches were way better at sleep tracking.
As a side note stopping getting up in the middle of the night was cutting out fluids 1 or two hours before bed and it stopped it completely (though I understand some medical conditions this won't stop having to pee in the middle of the night).

It's not just me, many science communicators seem to recommend this as well.

I've tried all those tips and have cut down on fluid in the evening. There is a ton of stuff on YouTube. The older you get, the bigger this becomes a problem. But it is only a problem if it bothers you. It doesn't bother me that much and I usually get back to sleep fast, I'm just bugged this watch can't adapt or figure it out.

Do any watches account for getting up frequently during the night? Just curious.
