Walmart has had the Meta Quest 3s at $249 for nearly three weeks now. The best deals were around Black Friday... Costco probably had the strongest offer at $200 plus a 12 month subscription.
Keep in mind, if you actually use it much, you'll probably want a better head strap... possibly one with a built-in battery pack. Since the 3s is the more bare bones version of the Quest 3, you'll get slightly longer battery life, but realistically expect about 2 to 2½ hours max.
As a 3D nerd, I'm excited that Disney+ added a native app and I'm hoping true 3D movies on Quest might eventually happen.
Before you activate it, don't forget to create your account and accept a friend's referral (see reddit) you can get a $30 credit, which is a nice bonus on top of Batman: Arkham Shadow and the 3-month trial of Meta Horizon+.
