I've had this modest little vice on my bench for over 10 years and it's been great. While I'm not forming metal conduit or anything heavy duty, it holds my 18" chainsaw without a problem.

It only has 1 base mount hold down lever to stop it from swivelling and to hold it down to the orange base plate so that is a very weak point that tends to break if you do any amount of hammering on the little flat anvil portion of the vise, or any amount of hammering on anything held in the jaws of this vise. A 4" Harbor Freight vice is actually significantly better designed and is more durable than this one. I have one that I got on sale for $18 a year ago and have done some pretty heavy hammering on it with a 3lb mallet to ovalize 14 steel nuts for my M12x40mm bolts that connect my car's exhaust pieces and it didn't hurt the HarborFreight vice at all. It is very likely it would have bent if my vice only had a single hold down with the amount of force I was applying on it and to it as I've messed up a 4" vice in the past by forgetting to tighten 1 of the 2 hold down levers before hammering on it.

Lends a little more credence to the guy's comment above yours; I need a better hobby bench vise so I'm glad he posted cause this was tempting.
