Eat a tub of ice cream every night and you can have one of these built-in to wear all the time!

So a tub of ice cream for breakfast is off the table?

Yes, because then you have all day to burn the calories off, so it's not as effective at adding the weight vest.

This is a great deal at $14. I bought it for $15 a few weeks ago. It's a great price for someone looking to try one of these out as a starter vest. It's not perfect, but I'm happy with it for what it is and what it cost.
