Lifetime user here. Email received on 2/13 @ 4:20pm. Sender is email at email dot tivo dot com. I didn't renew Disney/Hulu during Black Friday 2025 and my kids are missing it, though there are "other" ways, but find they are not always reliable.
Let me ask y'all this... which interface are you running on your Tivo? The standard interface or the newer Hydra interface? We have a 4-tuner Roamio user and cut the cord years ago, but this Roamio works with both cable and antenna. It is still nice to DVR stuff like sporting events, etc.
Just asking. I never upgraded to the newer interface. Always heard it was slow. But the older interface is really looking dated these days.

Got this offer and tried the "add Hulu for a $1" option, but it switched from $0 per month to $12.99 (the regular bundle price), so just signed up for Disney+ only. After sign-up, Hulu does not seem to be an "add-on" option – you can only switch to the $12.99 bundle.
Disney+ does allow access to some Hulu content, but most appears to be locked. I guess this free offer will be a good backup for if I decide to cancel the BF bundle early.

I love my Roamio. Use it for NFL games and then start turn 2 hours after the time and ff commercials and halftime. Carches up right near the end.
Too bad they ignore me these days or I probably would have got the email
I wonder what the criteria is for getting it or not getting it.
