I own this (brand new) and I'm totally satisfied. Only thing that sucks is that it cannot do good job in the corners. Owned it for more than 1.5 years now.

It's middle of the line. The Dreame X40 is available refurb from the eBay Dreame store for the same price and is the better value

Yeah, I don't understand why these robot vacuums all have circle shape when they can have a flat front to have more corner coverage like normal vacuums have been designed forever
