I don't understand that part on Amazon, just saw the same for M-Audio keyboard with 4.5 stars (out of 6.5k). Only green checkmarks, yet supposedly frequently returned. Could be the packaging or something dramatically changed with the quality?!?

But it even comes with a magnetizer / demagnetizer. More likely that the alloy of the screwdrivers is too soft or people buy it to repair a phone and return it afterwards.
