I think Amazon started charging non-Prime customers for shipping for the initial Subscribe & Save order, but this seems to vary by account or some other criteria.
I like it when there is a link to the coupon. In this case, it tells me I used the coupon, and when I click on "terms", I see it expires Dec. 31, 2026. So Amazon has a coupon good for the whole year, 1 time use. How chintzy can you get? There will probably be thousands of products this could have applied to during the next 10.5 months.
