There is a 23 piece for a couple of bucks more. But I would be very hesitant to use Allen keys in a drill. Easy to strip.

No matter how they're mislabeled on Amazon, these are not drill bits. They're hex drivers, impact bits, or driver bits. Might be able to use the bits in a drill, but that doesn't make them drill bits.

I use them all the time as long a they are the correct size you won't have a problem. Also using a drill not an impact helps.

Most modern impacts (what you use these in) have a no impact/low torque mode. My dewalt is almost exactly "hand tight" in that mode, with just a once over by hand to set fully. Its a lifesaver for cheap furniture assembly.
Also, the rise of popularity in the 2-6v electric screwdrivers would also work great with these.

If you notice, many cordless drills are now marketed as "drill drivers" just for this kind of use. But I'm sure they just put screwdriver in the name for search reasons. But they're totally fine to use in most drills. Been doing it for decades. Better to use in a true impact driver, but fine in a drill.

This is where you use them in a drill not the impact that these click into. I use them this way all the time and just need to be cognizant of what you're doing. Once in a while I sure do fark some up lol

Most drills have an adjustable clutch. I was able to drill those stupid dowels for cam locks into flat pack furniture without stripping them. I think I'll be fine with this.

Some impact drivers come with speed adjustment now. Like the dewalt 20v max xr.

These are definitely Hex drivers and I have a feelings these bits won't last with any sort do real torque.

It won't be that slick of a deal after you buy your own case for it, but just do it and never look back. I bought a similar set a couple months ago and put them in a case like this:

the 23-piece comes with a basic case and holder and may be a better deal just because of the case.

These bits are super handy and good quality but you're right, wish I had a case with mine.
