I love the idea of this, but I am just over the 200 lb threshold. Too thick to be healthy haha

Why not just take a walk outside, save 80 dollars
A lot of people put these under their adjustable desk so they can walk at their computer.

I'm actually interested in doing this for when I WFH. Any one have any experience using this to walk, work and type at the same time? Is it a practical thing to do?

Seasons and weather tend to be an issue.

Not fond of walking outside when it's like 5 degrees and icy.

Yes, as long as you have a desk with a proper height.

It's not on sale, but check out the Xterra TR150, it's like $325 on Amazon right now.
I initially bought it because of the low price and because it requires relatively little headroom so it fit in our basement well.
However, I've had it for almost 5 years now and it's still going strong. Even survived a basement flooding.
It says 250lbs, but I started using it when I was like 280 without issue.
The track is fairly narrow and it only has manual incline, but still a great machine imo.

Realistically, I didn't get to a point in my life where I need a treadmill because I exactly like exercising. I can go on my treadmill and distract myself by watching TV and I can use it even even it's cold as balls or raining.
